Feeder Board

It seems like every facility has their own version of these. We see a lot of them made by drilling holes into wood. Problem is, most of the common materials are easy to contaminate and almost impossible to clean several times without severely damaging them.

  • Our Feeder Boards are 100% Food Grade Polyethylene that can be easily cleaned with the common sterilizing chemicals and hot water you already use. They can be cleaned many, many times with a common food or dish brush.
  • This material is very odor, moisture, and mildew resistant.
  • We can fabricate virtually any size of Feeder Board to your specs. Any shape. Any width. Any length. Any thickness. Any anything!
  • Most facilities prefer several sizes of holes with some being thru holes and others being “pocket” holes. Whatever you want, we can do it.
  • While white is by far the most popular color, other colors are available; please inquire on availability.

Did You Know?

When you purchase a product from us that includes a clear plastic, that material is almost always Polycarbonate. There are other clear plastics, why use this one?

Mostly because it is very strong. This is the same material used on vehicle headlights, motorcycle windshields and eyeglasses. A form of Polycarbonate is used in bullet-proof glass.

Our optically clear feeders are fabricated using this amazing material to minimize fractures or splintering.

Our mirrored products also use a clear Polycarbonate protective sheet in front of a PETG Plastic Mirror. The PETG material is another very impact-resistant material. We have a short video of the testing of this material if you’d care to see it. Just ask.
